James Fitzsimons has 30 years senior level experience in the executive search and recruitment industry. During his career James has successfully built and exited two leading recruitment businesses in the Irish market. He was a founding shareholder and Director of Cox Fitzsimons & Wilkes in 2003. He exited in 2008 through an MBO. He was also co-founder and Joint Managing Director of Careers Register which was sold to CPL plc, in 2000. James holds a BA from University College Dublin, a Professional Diploma in Accountancy and a Diploma in Personnel Management. James also worked in general audit practice with KPMG in Dublin. James leads the international search division of Elevate Bermuda and has reach into the UK, Europe and Australia. James visits the island regularly to meet with clients and candidates and he also conducts Elevate’s highly personalised Outplacement Programme.

After graduating from Trinity College Dublin with an honours degree in Microbiology, Carol trained with PriceWaterhouse Coopers and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1989.

Carol worked in banking and the service industry in financial roles and moved into the recruitment sector in 2003 joining Cox Fitzsimons& Wilkes as Financial Controller. In 2007 Carol was appointed Financial Director of LCG Life changes Global Ltd and in 2012 was appointed to her current role as International Head of Research & Finance.

Carol has also lectured extensively in Accounting & Finance over a 20 year period at third level and professional level as well as being involved in the Professional Accounting Examination area.
