Our Client, KCK Group, is a family office private investment fund established in 2011. It has its headquarters in Bermuda and 3 offices in the United States.

The majority of the fund’s portfolio is made up of direct private equity and venture capital investments, as well as investments in specialized financing businesses and global funds, concentrated in the UnitedStates. Sectors offocus include financial services, medical technology, industrial and emerging technologies.


We are currently seeking a qualified accountant to apply for the position of:

Management Accountant

The Bermuda office of KCK is combining several accounting responsibilities into a newly created role for a qualified accountant who will work closely with the 3 other members of the Bermuda team. This role will have a focus on the fund’s financial services investments, where the ideal candidate will be expected to perform the primary accounting function with guidance from senior management. The role will also include supporting the fund’s finance function and broader group accounting related projects.


  • Preparation of Monthly/Quarterly Directors Reports/Management Accounts 
  • Maintain accounts and records for various KCK entities;
  • Preparation and Review of operations budgets;
  • Manage and Administer the Company’s Banking facilities; and
  • Developmental and Special Projects.


Candidates must be qualified CA,CPA or ACCA with a minimum of 5 years post qualified experience including either Fund Accounting experience or experience of auditing investment fund clients within a Big Practice environment.The successful candidate will have familiarity with US GAAP, IFRS, in particular the principle of fair value and securitization accounting, and be familiar with operational and compliance environments around financial services. They will have strong IT skills including competent use of spreadsheets (Excel) and experience of accounting software(s).
