This week’s guest is Sandra Dawson, group head of talent acquisition at Quintet Private Bank. Quintet Private Bank is a company that is based in Luxembourg and is all about believing the future belongs to people with an entrepreneurial mindset, no matter what they do or where they come from.

Sandra has been involved in human resources in the financial sector for over 21 years. She began her HR career as a resourcing manager for Citigroup in April of 1999. Throughout the years she has developed her HR skills and her knowledge of the financial services.

Currently, Sandra is working as the founder and Managing Director of Searchlight Executive as well as her role as Group Head of Talent Acquisition at Quintet Private Bank.

James sits with Sandra Dawson to discuss her career the changes and challenges it has brought her and the advice she would give to those thinking of following her footsteps.
